At NEST Early Learning Center, we believe that every child deserves a space where curiosity is sparked, creativity is encouraged, and safety is never compromised. Our facilities are designed to provide a holistic and inclusive early learning experience for children aged 18 months to 4 years, right in the heart of Chris Hani Ext 2.
Our learning spaces are child-friendly, cozy, and purposefully arranged to support age-specific development:
Baby Nest (18–24 months) – A calm, nurturing environment with sensory-rich toys and soft mats for safe exploration.
Toddler Nest 1 (2–3 years) – A playful space with dramatic play areas, puzzles, and introductory group activities.
Toddler Nest 2 (3–4 years) – A vibrant learning room with structured play, early literacy, and creative expression stations.
Shared Multipurpose Room – Our 5x5m hub for morning circle, storytelling, music, movement, and group meals.
Outdoor Play Zone (coming soon): A safe, enclosed play area for gross motor development.
Mini Library Nook: Age-appropriate books in multiple languages to promote early literacy.
Creative Corner: Art, music, and hands-on exploration activities are encouraged daily.
Your child's safety is our top priority. Our facilities are equipped with:
Daily cleaning & hygiene routines
Child-height handwashing stations
Emergency first aid kits & fire extinguisher
Secure entry and child check-in system
We provide 2 healthy meals and 1 snack per day, carefully planned to meet the nutritional needs of growing children.
We are integrating technology to enhance learning and communication:
Offline learning tools and smart content for educators
WhatsApp updates and digital portfolios for parents
Future plans include a solar-powered smart classroom and interactive sensory stations
Our classrooms welcome children of all abilities
Staff are trained in inclusive ECD practices
The center also serves as a hub for community growth, caregiver support, and grassroots innovation
